The Chiropractic 30-Day Challenge

Frequently Asked Questions

What inspired you to create the 30-Day Chiropractic Challenge, and how have patients responded to it over the years?

I started a 30-day Chiropractic Challenge to give patients a realistic expectation of getting better. While some patients do respond to care in 1–2 visits, the majority need more consistent care than that. The challenge helps set clear goals and timelines, and patient response over the years has been very positive.

What kinds of improvements do patients typically notice during or after completing the 30-day challenge?

Most patients who follow through with the 30-day challenge report less pain, better range of motion, improved sleep, and a better mood. When you give chiropractic a real chance, it’s amazing what 30 days of committed care can do.

After the challenge ends, what are the next steps for patients who see progress but still have ongoing issues?

After the 30-day challenge, we re-evaluate and recommend a personalized plan moving forward—whether that’s continued corrective care, a transition to maintenance, or targeted support for any remaining problem areas.

The 30-Day Chiropractic Challenge with Dr. Aaron Seaton

Hello everybody, this is Dr. Aaron Seaton with The Chiropractic Place. Today's video is about a chiropractic 30-day challenge. This is something that I present to a lot of patients that have dealt with chronic issues, whether it's headaches or chronic back pain, chronic neck pain, for years and years.

A lot of the times, I've seen patients that want to come in maybe once, maybe twice, and if they're not all better, they think that chiropractic may not help them. So this is something I like to talk about with my patients. When you're dealing with something that's been there for a long time, it's not likely that that's just going to magically go away in one or two visits.

What I like to encourage those patients to do is consider doing chiropractic care for 30 days — about twice a week for four weeks, sometimes three times a week depending on that patient's needs — but at least commit to that 30-day period to see if chiropractic care can impact what you're dealing with.

I've had patients who came in once or twice, and then I see them maybe six to twelve months later, and they say, "Doc, I still have the same problem." I always remind them — we never really got started. If we're only seeing you once or twice, we might be giving you some pain relief, some improved range of motion, maybe your symptoms improved, but we're not really correcting the problem.

I like to offer that 30-day challenge just to say, "Hey, let's start with something to see if we can make some lasting change." Once this is up, you might have to continue your care, but this is a good starting place to ask, "Are we making progress with those chronic headaches or that chronic low back pain you've been dealing with for ten years?" Because it's been there for a long time, it will take some time to get better. And this is no different than if you started going to the gym — nobody would expect to see major results in one or two sessions.

Most people understand if they go to physical therapy for something, that one or two sessions really won't fix the issue. In fact, physical therapy is usually something like this — twice a week for four to six weeks, maybe even longer — so that we can get lasting results. Chiropractic care should be treated no differently.

When you're starting your chiropractic care, understand it may take some time. From my experience as a chiropractor for the last twenty years, the people who commit are the ones who get the best results.

I'm Dr. Aaron Seaton with The Chiropractic Place.
